Join us for our religious ceremoney within the oldest Roman Catholic cathedral in the world filled with history, love and true beauty.
We recommend arriving a little early to settle in and enjoy the surroundings before the ceremony begins.

A little guidance for your journey to Split, Croatia.
Whether you're joining us from across Croatia or travelling from another corner of the world, we're so grateful you're making the journey to celebrate with us.
We've put together a few helpful details to make your arrival in Split as seamless as possible. Please also check our FAQs for further information about the destination.
Arriving by Air
Split Airport (SPU) is the closest airport to our wedding venues, located approximately 24 km from Split.
For our international guests travelling from the UK, Europe, the USA, the Caribbean and the Middle East, we recommend searching for flights directly to Split or to connect via Zagreb.
Depending on your departure city, you may be able to fly directly or connect through many other European airports.
We recommend arriving at least a few days before the wedding so you have time to settle in and enjoy Split.
From the Airport to Split
Once you arrive at Split Airport, there are several ways to reach the city.
Private Transfer or Taxi
The most convenient option, particularly if you're travelling with luggage or arriving late.
Allow approximately 30–45 minutes in normal traffic, with extra time during busy periods.
Airport Shuttle
A shuttle bus operates between Split Airport and Split's main bus station, close to the harbour and Old Town. From there, you can continue to your accommodation by taxi or on foot.
Car Rental
A good option if you're planning to explore the Dalmatian coast before or after the wedding. However, a car isn't essential if you're staying in central Split.
Getting Around Split
Split is a wonderfully walkable city, particularly around the historic Old Town and waterfront.
Our wedding ceremony will take place at St. Domnius Cathedral, in the historic centre, followed by our reception at Hotel Park Split, near Bačvice Beach.
The cathedral is situated within a pedestrianised historic area, so vehicles cannot take you directly to its entrance.
For guests who prefer not to walk between locations, taxis are readily available around the city.

From elegant seaside hotels to charming apartments tucked away in the historic Old Town, we've put together a few recommendations to help you find somewhere that feels just right.
For the easiest wedding experience, we recommend staying near Hotel Park, Bačvice Beach or Split's Old Town, all conveniently located for our celebrations.
We recommend booking early, as May is a lovely time to visit the Dalmatian coast.

Recommended places to stay
HOTEL PARK
The most convenient choice for guests who want to stay where the reception takes place. A classic hotel beside Bačvice Beach, within walking distance of the Old Town.
We're in talks with the venue to offer our guests a discount, hold tight and we'll update you shortly with the offer.
Hotel Park Split - Discounted Rate
If you're interested in staying within the hotel where we'll have the celebration, we've managed to secure a discount for direct bookings with the hotel.

A stylish, contemporary hotel overlooking the Bačvice area. Ideal for guests who enjoy modern design and want to be close to both the beach and the celebrations.
Hotel Ambasador Split
A contemporary waterfront hotel with beautiful harbour views. A lovely option for guests planning a longer stay, with easy access to the Riva and Old Town.
Apartments & Private Stays
MAKE SPLIT YOUR OWN
For guests travelling with friends or family, or planning to stay a little longer, Split also offers a wonderful selection of private apartments and holiday homes.
We recommend looking around Bačvice, Firule, the Old Town or the Riva waterfront for convenient access to our wedding celebrations.
When booking, please check the exact location, as some properties advertised as being in Split may be further from the city centre than expected.
You can explore accommodation through Booking.com or Airbnb.
A little tip: If you're travelling by car, check whether parking is included. The historic centre is largely pedestrianised, and parking can be limited.
Accommodation is arranged individually, and the recommendations above are provided to help you plan your stay. We suggest booking early to secure your preferred location.

When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by December 6 2026.
Is there a dress code?
Yes! We're going elegant with a formal black-tie theme!
For the Ladies: Black evening dresses of all kinds are welcome.
Cathedral Attire Note: As the ceremony takes place in a traditional cathedral, we kindly ask that all female guests ensure their shoulders and chest are covered during the service.
For the Gentlemen: Black suit or tuxedo with bow tie or black tie.
Wear comfy shoes for wandering (and dancing!) and anything else that makes you feel fabulous and ready to party!
Is the wedding outdoors?
The Ceremony will take place inside the Cathedral in Split.
The Celebrations will first kick off outside, then move over to the terrace, then transition to the ballroom inside of the venue.
What will the weather be like?
What happens if it rains?
Expect a warm afternoon and a cooler evening. We recommend bringing a light layer just in case.
If the weather shifts, the venue has an indoor backup plan ready to go.
Can I bring a plus one or my kids?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
The ceremony begins at 16:00, so please plan to arrive about 15 minutes before the ceremony begins so everyone has time to get settled.
I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Yes! Please make note of any food allergies or restrictions when submitting your RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate.
Is there parking at the venue?
There is on street parking around the Cathedral, please see this link for our recommendation for parking.

Please ensure you arrive early in order to park, if you are driving. However, we recommend taking a taxi to avoid any stress.
There is also street parking next to Hotel Park, but limited parking on site unless you are staying within the Hotel overnight.
If you wish to have long term parking and not want to move again, we recommend parking at Parking Option 3. It's 450m / 6 minute walk to St. Dominus Cathedral then a 10 min / 750m walk to Hotel Park.
Getting around Split by Uber or Bolt?
Uber and Bolt are the most popular apps for getting around Split, we've tried and tested them both and can vouch for the reliability.
From Saint Dominius Cathedral to Hotel Park is a 7 minute ride by car.
